How to Create Your First Campaign

Creating your first campaign in BulkSignature is straightforward:

  1. Navigate to the Campaign section.

  2. Click on Add Campaign in the top right corner.

  3. Enter a Campaign Name.

  4. Set the Start and End Dates.

  5. Add links to the webpage you wish to promote.

  6. Upload your banner.

  7. Adjust the banner size (recommended width: 400 px).

  8. Click Save.

  9. Go to Signature Management, either add a new signature or edit an existing one.

  10. In the sidebar of the Signature editor, select Campaigns.

  11. Drag and drop the scheduled banners into your template; they will rotate automatically based on their scheduled dates.

  12. Click Assign Signature, then click Save and Assign.

How to Change the Size of Your Campaign Banners

BulkSignature offers three methods for adjusting banner sizes:

  1. Change size during upload when creating your campaign.

  2. Edit existing campaign banners by selecting them in the Campaigns section and clicking Edit.

  3. Adjust sizes directly in the Signature editor by selecting a banner from the Campaigns section and using the Edit Campaign option.
